Welcome to the website of the National Enthronement Center of the Sacred Heart in the Home. We are excited about our website. As we come out of Covid-19, there is a sense of a new beginning. The timing is right to reintroduce the work of the Enthronement of the Sacred Heart. We intend to refresh ourselves and share many aspects of the renewal of this religious practice. Our logo says it all: it is a matter of the home and the heart. We see family from within the heart of Jesus. Jesus reveals God to us as a family of love. He knows family life: Nazareth, Bethany and, dare we say it, with us.
We look forward to an interactive, conversational sharing where we can trade best practices, present fresh thinking on the devotion, make the connection with the sacrament of marriage and celebrate family life as where the Church’s social teaching finds immediate application. This exchange will be the way to renew the ministry of repairing the world. “For this reason, I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth takes its name. I pray that, according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being rooted and grounded in love” (Ephesians 3:14-17).
